The Northkeep herald is Lady Zahava batHannah.  She holds commenting
sessions in her home about once a month and occasional consulting
sessions.  I'd start with her as she will bring in, or call for help
from, any other heralds necessary.  She is on this list and you'll
likely get an email from her today.
