[Northkeep] Batik (sp?) equipment

Does anyone have the wax dribbler and any other
necessary equipment to do battiking on fabric? I would
like to do a banner sort of thing, but don't want to
invest a lot of money on equipment I may never use
again (like all the other junk I have in my house).
