One thing we can use for the tournament, if we can get them is some hay bails in order to set up certain melee senarios. Also, I would like to announce that even if you are not eligible to win the Dionadair title, please feel free to bring your armor and be ready to fight as there will be melee rounds in which we will need extra bodies. Also, we will be holding a single round grand melee Dionadair champions bout, so all you former Dionadair winners, come out and play.

I could not find reference to the date and time of the event and wish to complete my press releases soon. So that I may fax, mail and email them accordingly to the newspapers that cover our zip codes. I would also like to suggest possibly asking to borrow the Mooneschadow list field for our only formal demonstration. This could add some extra wow factor. For those of you who have seen this you could easily realise how pretty it would be for this mini-event. Maybe we could even borrow the devices of Norhtkeep members that have won gaurdian. 
Would like to know of any other things that would be wanted or liked for this demonstration. 
Also, if anyone from chemin noir (i hope I spelled this correctly too) would like to set-up a mini area for those who are in your zip and a list of primary newspapers in your area would be greatly apprectiated as I will advertise there too. 

Trying to get people involved out there 
so looking for someone to do a children's activity such as coloring or face painting. 
I think either or both would be FANTABULOUS... I will personally provide paint and brushes, and will actually do some face painting but as I am the hospitalier don't know how much time I will have.
I think simple JPG images of common devices would make a great coloring project.
