[Northkeep] Finally back on list

My e-mail provider changed and ansteorra.org seems to like this ISP 
name, so I am back.  It has been almost 3 years since we moved and I've 
been offlist, I can't even imagine how many changes in Northkeep I've 
missed and how many people there are to meet.  I hope that weather and 
finances are so that I can make it to Castellan, I've heard great things 
about what will be happening.
