[Northkeep] Heavy Practice 08/02

In my notorious way of wording things better in my head than on email, I was 
meaning in that the rapier fighters who attend practice tonight would 
probably be more inclined to drill and not gear up and fight.

In looking at weather.com, the time is now 3pm and the heat index is 
reported to be 110 with an Excessive Heat Advisory Warning from the National 
Weather Service. In light of this, we will not be having an OFFICIAL rapier 
practice tonight.

I have spoken to Facon about him being at the park and since the dancing was 
also cancelled tonight, he and his daughter are deciding to stay indoors.

Hopefully the weather will be more suitable for an official practice. We 
still need a makeup bout night from last month!
