[Northkeep] Dates for events

The Baronial inventory/revel is Aug. 12. As was announced at Populace
meeting the inventory will start at 8-9AM with the revel to follow that
evening.

The date, time, and place for Dionadair is still being discussed and I am
sure that there will be more communications on that subject soon.

wInterKingdom will be December the 9th at the St. Petrer and Paul School
same place it was last year, just as was stated in the Saga.
