[Northkeep] Heavy Practice 08/02

While you're hanging around the lists, JP... there is no official
ruling on heat or cold as far as official practices go, is there? I
know our guys are usually crazy enough to fight in all sorts of
weather, and if we are fighting I might as well make it official. I
just wanted to know if I technically should be calling off Official
practice at any time.
