Raghnailt,
Ismet's the cordialer in this house but we've got cordials over 2 years
old in our cupboard. There's enough alcohol you don't have to
refigerate. The flavor will change over time.
Those that've lasted that long may be great or they may be awful by
then. We've made plum, blackberry, blueberry, peach, etc. with pretty
much the same recipe.
