[Northkeep] Library Reminder

Just sending the rapier fighters and boffer families a reminder that we do 
not have the library until next week!

If y'all want to practice at the park, that would be all right. The weather 
seems a bit blustery (from what was projected on the news) but it's in the 
50's today and the sun is out.
