[Northkeep] OT Request OOPS!

Monday greetings!

A question for those who have sent packages/mail to troops: Is there any
restrictions/recommendations like the one below that we should be aware
of? And Zubeydah's question - "What is the source of the names? A group
like Blue Star Moms? or? Are these soldiers (or family members) ok with
their info being given out? -zubeydah" Being unfamiliar with the whole
process, guidance is good :)

Of IMPORTANT note...

DO NOT put rank on any packages or letters going to troops overseas! It
is a
violation of OSHA regulations and can be very dangerous to the soldiers
and
their families.
