re: Images in the public domain

It is very popularly believed that anything image-wise posted on the internet 
is 'public domain' -- that is *not* true.

The artist who created those images can certainly contact these folks and 
politely and nicely say, 'Hey. That's my work. You're using it for your 
website. That's not okay with me.' 

But then, I tend to have a knee jerk reaction about plagerism that is stronger 
than most, so... your mileage may vary.
