We actually do have that position!  :)  It is the Baronial Clerk-- I believe
we are taking applications for it.

Will's question brought to mind an idea.

Many groups I've belonged to have had a 'secretary' position -
it would be wonderful if notes were taken during Populace and Officers
meetings, and posted in Note or Minutes form for those who cannot attend.
