[Northkeep] Rapier Practice 7/19/06

Due to the fact that it's hotter than a German's temper outside (hey...I'm 
married to one...) I'm calling rapier practice off for Wednesday.

IMHO it's unsafe to be outside, especially if people are exerting 
themselves.

We will see about next week as it comes.

In the meanwhile, be safe, stay hydrated and cool!!
