[Northkeep] practice tomorrow

Well...no human in their right mind SHOULD be out in it... if that's what 
work requires, then I definitely feel for you.

I'm probably going to be assigned outside work myself... and it doesn't make 
me happy.

Please stay hydrated and in as much shade as possible!!
