[Northkeep] archery range update

greetings

ok, just back from city meeting .

the only thing annexed was the private property that had asked to be annexed , and the " fenceline" ( basically the road way ) in front of the house .
so for now at least , the range is safe , and practice may continue as usual !!!!!!!
