Hi everyone.

Remember they want us to be finished setting up by Noon so be there
early.  They have a parking area set aside for presenters.

We're going to set up an double line on the listfield to keep folks back
and we'll need folks to walk that area to keep it clear and talk with
people.  

Bring sunscreen, it sounds like between the library and our own
fantastic water bearers group we'll have hydration covered.

REMINDER:  All steel weapons which leave the listfield/A&S tent must be
peace bonded.  I.E. The weapon must be tied into it's scabbard or sheath
and attached to your person by belt, lanyard, whatever.
