[Northkeep] Youth and adult rapier practice tonight cancelled

Greetings unto the populous,

After discussion with the rapier marshal we have decided it would be best to cancel practice for this evening.  We unfortunately do not have the library and where going to move it to the park, however the forcast is calling for scattered thunderstorms for the entire afternoon and into late evening. This combined with several people trying to get prepared for the upcoming war which is only 5 days away we decided it would be best to cancel practice.  Please remember that we will not be having practice next week as well as most everyone will be at war, so I will see you all in two weeks.  Have a great day :-)
