Greetings
I enjoy my SCA 'experiences' very much but this woman and her family is way over the line.
Didn't see the show (I work evenings) but read the information and her account of their way 
of living.  Reminded me of June Cleaver 'living the Middle Ages in the Fifties'!  Can you 
imagine some guy joining the SCA in hopes of finding a woman like her and finding all us 
'indepentant' types!  Definitely NOT the model family I'd use to represent our Society.
