[Northkeep] a question about castellan setup/layout

In the past the rule has been that first the list field has to be laid out
then the Baronial Pavilion, List Minister, and Water bearing Tents must be
set up. After the required areas and tents are set up then the available
spots can be filled with sunshades and day pavilions. As long as said
pavilions are ten feet from the ropes and do not block or hinder access to
any of the field entrance/exits.
Also in the past any tents for camping should NOT be placed next to the list
field. All camping areas on site are first come first serve, in the past
groups have laid claim to an area as soon as they arrive and held spaces
directly adjacent to their tents for their friends with little or no
trouble. However Beorhtlic and Wilhelm are in charge of the site and I will
certain defer to their decisions on such issues.

Subject: [Northkeep] a question about castellan setup/layout
Is there any particular organization or plan for setup on Friday, as to what
sorts of tents / pavillions / etc go where around the list field? Or is it
first come - first served?
