[Northkeep] Weather update

Out here on Keystone Lake it's currently 40 degrees and not raining but just 
wet. According to http://www.kotv.com/weather/ it's supposed to drop to 32 
by 6pm with a darn good chance for snowy type stuff.

If the majority says Aye, I'll come out and marshal the rapiers. But if you 
all want to stay home under some blankets with a sweetheart or a fuzzy 
pet...I'm not against that either!
