[Northkeep] Chemin Noir schedule???

I will give it a try at providing an answer to the Chemin Noir question.

>From discussions with the Autocrat (Ottokar) they are hoping for a really
laid back day starting at around 10am and wrapping up in time for feast at
6-6:30-7pm.

Also last I heard the Fighting was going to follow the same format as last
year which involved at least one round of the competitors leading a troop to
fight off roving bandits.
