[Northkeep] Raffle At Fair Of The Harvest

Greetings!

It seems that fortune has decreed that a Raffle is in order at our event.
We have tapestries and a few other items to start. Everyone who wishes to donate 
items should bring/send them to the event.  Tickets will be $1 each as usual.

Thanks for all of the donations for the waterbearing fund at populace tonight.  As
