Greetings good gentles,

I beg a boon of you....
My name is Lady Melyanta Nich Nessa Feithal. I am
writing from Nashville, TN in the Kingdom of Meridies.
Though if you wish to check my references you'd do
better to ask in the Shire of Rising Stone where I
used to play untill poor health forced me to remain
home.

I have been active in the SCA for many decades. I've
been active in several Kingdomes and raised two
children to adulthood in the SCA.  It is about one of
my offspring that I am contacting you now.

My son Corwin Hanes is a student at Spartan studying
aircraft mechanics.  He is doing very well in school
however, life has handed him a major problem that I am
hoping you can assist with.  He recently totalled his
car, no one was injured.  He has no funds for another
one, and concequently lost the delivery job that was
barely supporting him.  I am unable to help him
financially, however I do have a vehicle he can have,
if I could get it to him, or him to it.  The distance
between Tulsa and Nashville is more than I can safely
travel.

I am wondering if ANYONE in your group might be
comming in my direction any time soon who could
possibly give him a lift (even as close as Memphis
would be close enough to send someone from here to get
him) Corwin is a good man.  He was practically born at
SCA events. He is an authorized fighter and a good
unit commander.  He has not been fighting or active in
the SCA while in school due to financial and TIME
constraints, even though he brought his weapons and
armor with him. ;)

I tried to reach your newspaper/email list and the
link was broken.

Corwin is doing so well in school, I hate to see him
have to quit for financial reasons. :(

IF anyone can:

Give him a ride to here, or near here, to get my van.

Help him find work he can do while in school.

Or offer any other suggestions, or assistance we would
greatly appreciate it.
