[Northkeep] Lost Last night

Greetings Northkeep,
Last night in the merriment and good company of Populace meeting my Star of
Merit ribbon slipped from my arm unawares. If some one has found a yellow
band with black trim, tied into a loop held by a small metal ring, with a
small black star on its tail, I would be very appreciative at its return.
That award came to me by the hand of King Drake II and was a pass down from
Don Navarre. I am very sad to have discovered it lost.
