[Northkeep] Revel of a sorts

Based on current scheduling for Ansteorra, Gleann Abhann and feedback from several messages it looks like we will have to postpone the revel.  There are just too many conflicting events, both for people that want to attend and / or instruct.  I will keep looking for a time to try and coordinate something ASAP.

On the up-side, perhaps we can get some of these activeties coordinated for Winterkingdom (Barony of Northkeep / Ansteorra) Dec. 8-11.
