[Northkeep] rapier practice 4/11/07

Due to the explosion of popcorn thunderstorms and the winds that have come 
along with it. The pressure build alone has made me feel crampy and not so 
great.

Sooooo...in that...I'm scrubbing OFFICIAL rapier practice for tonight. If 
Tulsa is clear of rain and lightening, then feel free to get together. It's 
just been pretty icky looking out on Keystone Lake.
