greetings 

i am in the process of applying for baronial archery marshal , and was informed that in order to replace items needed for baronial archery practice i would need to " turn in all the proper forms correctly filled out , to the finance committy for approval " 

only problem i'm having is , i've looked on northkeeps web page, and i've looked on the ansteorran web page, under " forms " and nowhere can i find anything remotly like a finance approval form or a budget form .

so , where would a needy missile marshal go to find this form ??
i really hope the " proper form " isn't  " on my knees before the king begging for alms "
