1-4 on Saturday September 8th.  There will be a walk-through on August 25th
at 2:30 so that we can all see the area where we are to set-up.  Evidently
we are being given the same space as last year and it is actually in the
park near some trees where it is flat enough for the fighters.

Heidi is very excited that we are coming to the event.  Evidently she has
been sending emails through the Northkeep website and calling the Seneschal
and Katrina? Katherine?, but has not been able to get a hold of anyone
either.  She is going to email me the official packet on the event so that I
can forward it onto whoever needs it.

She is also excited about the pirate ship and said that her only concern is
the cannons, but we might be able to shoot them off at the end of the day.
I did tell her that we were not able to officially commit to bringing the
ship until we had a crew and she was very understanding.

If you have other questions, evidently Heidi is the one to call at 596-7898.

I know the demo is Sept. 8th.  at the library.  I 've been told it will 
be pirate themed.  That's all the firm information I have.
