Greetings all,
It is now officially crunch time for wInterKingdom....so please check with 
the Event Steward Facon, the Cook Keigan, the MOC Revka, or HE Mercedes who 
is coordinating the lunch tavern, to see if they need any help.

Friday evening at site we are all gathering to do hall set up. Please come 
then and help us prepare for the event. One perk of showing up Friday night 
is that you can do your event sign in at the gate to avoid the Saturday 
morning rush.

Also I am working on a childrens paper armor class and I need a few examples 
of armor and helms from various time periods...if anyone has real armor they 
are willing to loan me I am looking for the following items: various styles 
of helms (spangen-helm, great-helm, sallet, basinet, just about any kind so 
I can get a variety) a padded gambeson, chainmail shirt, coat of plates, 
cuisses, and gaunlets. These do not necessaryily have to be SCA combat legal 
items, more historically accurate items would also be appreciated. these 
items are so the children can handle the various pieces of armor and learn 
their function and name.
