The majority of providers seem to have their limits set to 10M.
However the mail encoding appears to have added ~ 4 Meg of overhead onto
our 8+ Meg file. Hotmail, Netscape, Gmail, and many other providers
still accepted the messages. Yahoo and a couple of others didn't and
replied with 'size limit' exceeded messages so we broke the mailing into
four parts.

What is concerning us is the gentleman who stated he couldn't read the
message because the font was not understood by his machine. For
readability Ismet uses Times New Roman and that's a basic font to pretty
much all types of PC. We're concerned there may be more of you having
problems reading the saga files and you're too nice to tell us. Most
of the issues early in the year were converted from MSPublisher to PDF
at my place of employment using Adobe Acrobat and mailed from there
since we did not have high speed at home. The recent issues have been
done here at home using PDF995. We're trying to identify if we've got
a problem.

Hugh ... because Damon wouldn't have the engineers troubleshooting
OCD problem.
