[Northkeep] Winter War Manuevers

As is typical this time of year, there's a buncha crazy scutum
weilding Mooneschadeen heading up to the wilds of Nebraska for some
big time war practice.  Oxlade is coordinating the whole show, and
asked me to invite our brothers in Northkeep to see if they want to
come along.  I promise that it is indeed one of the highest blam to
talk ratios, as well as a good time, and the post-revel is usually
