[Northkeep] Populace

Martin Regional Library at 27th and Garnett. The meeting starts at 7:30pm 
but I'd be there around 7-7:15pm so you can meet people and visit a bit.

Come in street clothes! By all means! Populace members are encouraged to 
wear garb, but if this is your first time, we'll be gentle...

The meeting usually lasts 1-1.5 hours, depending on how much "business" 
there is to take care of.

There's not much you need to really "know". We're very people friendly. We 
just sit down, officers make announcements, the Baron and Baroness do their 
business addressing the populace. No muss, no fuss.
