[Northkeep] Chemin Noir Populace Is NEXT Week

Greetings Your Excellencies!

Our populace meeting is next (4th Thursday).  Yes, it HAS been a funny 
sort of month date-wise.  I'll be posting a reminder on Tuesday so
every one who wants to come will have time time to arrange transport.
As of today the 'after-meeting' is still at Eggbert's

Fiontan will be at YOUR populace on Monday.  I, however have a date
with my surgeon that morning and don't think I'll be up to the trip.
