[Northkeep] jams, jellies, preserves, pickles...

Well - it really sounds like we're looking at too many things to handle in 
one go around.  I'm good at jams - that's pretty much all I do other than 
pickled garlic - so I would be glad to have a rudimentary "How to make jam" 
class............

And the conference room sounds interesting and definitely something to keep 
in mind............
