[Northkeep] Cimarron Closing

as of the last i had heard the girl scouts were going to be closing the
cimmeron camp to scout camping, but were supposed to be leaving the camp
available to rent to " qualified " groups such as the sca .
from the sounds of the articles , the camp needs a lot more repairs and up
grades than they are willing to pay for.
