Harbor Freight Tools.

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/ctaf/displayitem.taf?Itemnumber=93747

1500 lb. capacity, 5' x 8' deck area, folding ramp, 12" tires, full
light rig.

$599. You assemble yourself and add your own decking.

Or...

1200 Lb. capacity, 4' x 8' deck area, etc. folds in half and stands on
end for storage against the garage wall.

%2Dmaster%2Egif&brand=Haul%2DMaster

$269. You assemble yourself and add your own decking (1 sheet of
plywood). Has cutouts for adding stake sides.

Ismet and I have 2 of these. I used one to build our event wagon.

Assembly of the trailers took me ~4 hours. Socket set, cresent wrench
and screw driver are the only tools required. There's probably some
strong young man around who'd do it for you in exchange for a good
dinner or a bunch a beer. ;)
