i cheated and went to lowes, got a 5x8 utility trailer like this one for about $800, wish i hadknow about harbor frieght but i would have forgoten a bolt maybe,lol

plywood). Has cutouts for adding stake sides.

Ismet and I have 2 of these. I used one to build our event wagon.

Assembly of the trailers took me ~4 hours. Socket set, cresent wrench
and screw driver are the only tools required. There's probably some
strong young man around who'd do it for you in exchange for a good
dinner or a bunch a beer. ;)
