[Northkeep] Needleworkers, officers, pre-planning meeting & site tokens are all on the May 14th

Okay...I know we've been gone and out of the loop, but last I heard we 
were having the planning meeting before officer's at the library.  Did 
someone find out that the library couldn't take us earlier and that's 
why everything's changed?
