                           NOBLES LUNCHEON AT CASTELLAN
               Following this missive, please find a list of dishes that 
will be served for the Nobles Luncheon.  If you want to 
prepare one of the dishes, to donate for the luncheon, review the list and let me 
know which you are interested in preparing.
              This luncheon IS meat intense. But the menu has been constructed to feed more people with less food.
       All recipes should be prepared to serve 50 people but please remember that super rich foods can be served in smaller portions than usually noted, especially when paired with other rich foods.
             Some recipes are less complicated than others so shop around and have fun!
