[Northkeep] Volunteers for Castellan

Robin of Northkeep will be assisting Arthur Balckmoon all weekend, and I (Mary Anne) will be available to help in kitchen and with set -up and clean - up when not doing archery.  For example, I could help with Friday afternoon when we first arrive (hopefully by noon, but might not be until 3) and in the evening in the kitchen after the royal round, if we have a royal round Friday.  

Also, I have a loud enough voice to help with heralding, but I have never done it before and the archery might interfere with my availability a bit, I don't know.  Maybe I could apprentice to a Herald & watch and learn this time.  

We are still kind of newbies, even though this Castellan will be our first anniversary with SCA.  We have never managed to stay awake late enough to hear the Bardic revelry, so if we do manage to stay up we really want to hear them, so will not be in the kitchen at that time. We will also be bringing newbies with us who we will be keeping an eye on and not want to draft them to do too much hard work for their first Castellan...

So, we are one of "those" who have not signed up because we are not sure of the timing of everything, and exactly what we will be able to do, but we will help out alot more than we did last year....  

For us, archery and helping Arthur is our first priority and I look forward to helping out with other tasks, so fill me in somewhere and I'll see what I can do. I have no experience with anything, but I do follow directions well.  I would be willing to check on and clean bathrooms in between activities, for example.

I also have quite a few things I have found for the baskets - do I just bring those with me to Castellan, or would it help for me to drop them off somewhere before hand?
