Well its 5 years post period, but:
 
Remember, remember, the Fifth of November,
The Gunpowder Treason and Plot.
I see no reason why gunpowder treason
Should ever be forgot.
 
Today is Guy Fawkes Night  - the commemoration of the foiling of the Guy Fawkes 1605 attempt to blow up the House of Lords with 1800 pounds of gunpowder smuggled into the cellar.
