I know I'm a little late on this, and I'm sorry about that.  

I am very sympathetic about the being ripped off.  As the List guy, however, I do have to ask that folks who are offering to *copy* their stuff for Gisela please contact her OFF-LIST.  Copyright violation, even with the best of intentions, is not something we want in the list archives.
