Dear Ldy Katrine,
It would be a delight to have you handle the archery range or assist in
any way you can.  The wagon would be most welcome, as would your
5-gallon jug (properly marked w/your info, of course).  I will look to
arrange for a gentleman to haul/pull any items you need.  We will make
sure you are equipped or items delivered as you see fit to feed and
refresh our folks in archery and thrown weapons.

  Lady Katrine of Roscommon--unofficial herald for Chemin Noir-- will be
happy to check on the participants of the archery field as I wander the
site making announcements.  Last year as I wander the site, I would make
it a point to head to the archery field and thrown weapons field making
any announcements and asking if they were in need of refills of food or
drink.  I also will be happy to loan either field a five-gallon foldable
plastic jug.  I have two and usually toss them in the trunk of my car
just in case an afar field needs something to hold fluid.  I also bring
a small wheelbarrow to haul stuff to afar field(s).  My e-mail address

  No hurry to reply as I work 8:00a-9:00p Saturdays and Sundays and will
not be able to read e-mail until Monday.

Greetings unto the lovely people of Chemin Noir and Northkeep,

As water bearer in charge for the 3rd year for Fair of the Harvest, I
send out a request for assistance and donations for the water bearing
tent for this wonderful event.

I will be toting two poppets(one just a couple weeks in the world) and
would greatly appreciate as many extra hands as possible.

The nature of my heartfelt requests are as follows:

1. Water bearers (at least 4-5 for the list field) in shifts of at least
2 hours.

2. Water bearers and assistants for the archery field (help set up a
hospitality table, haul and serve refreshments, and check on
participants routinely) - at least 3-4 people through the day.

3. Olives

4. Pickles

5. Oranges or other fruit.

6. Any other donations are much appreciated.
