I have used both Fabric.com and Denver Fabrics.  Another one for linen is
Sewing 
Central.  Elyse and her husband are both SCAer's and she'll send
swathches... she doesn't carry a lot of different fabrics...mainly linens
and silk noil in lots of colors.  Those of you who go to Gulf and Pennsic
may have seen their booth.
