[Northkeep] Tulsa Med Faire - Pirate Ship Production Meeting Sunday

The ship is near completion and we need to have a final production meeting
on Sunday to coordinate for next weeks Med. Faire.  We are still looking to
fill a few positions if you are interested. (See below.) Again the faire
dates are August 16th from 10-8pm and August 17th from 10-5pm at Chandler
Park.  All available crew need to be available on Friday to set-up and
Sunday evening to strike the ship.

 

-        Photographers 

o       Photographing patrons of the event on the ship or with Pirate Crew.
Pictures will be burned on CD and sold.

-        Pirate Actors

o       Creating pirate presence on the ship during faire hours (Costume
preferred.)

-        Booth workers

o       Sales crew for picture CDs and T-shirts (maybe)

-        Tech Crew

If you can fill multiple roles, that is great as well!!

 

ANYONE INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING PLEASE ATTEND THE PRODUCTION MEETING AT
1340 N. LEWIS PLACE ON SUNDAY AUGUST 10TH AT 2PM.  IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE
MEETING, BUT WANT TO PARTICIPATE,

PS- Anyone willing to help complete construction on the ship is welcome to
come over in the evenings or on the weekends.  If you know how to paint and
use a cordless drill please come out and lend a hand even if it is just an
hour or two.  Set construction is almost complete, and we need to finish up.
