[Northkeep] UpComing Dionader/Ensign

Last year we opened the Enisgn tournament to previous champions, so the only person who cannot compete this year will be Johann. I vaguely remember Ensign being closed to Don's, but I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong. We basically ran out of competitors for that tournament and the previous year when I had won, we only had three or four people competing. For the rapier tournament, it was the right decision.
 
But I agree, if there are less than six competitors, then the list should remain closed to previous winners.
