sub -subject - volunteering at same ?

ok, i have seen several small posts all asking for a variety of things , including volunteers .
but no information as to when or where these items / volunteers are needed .

if i can afford the site fee , i was planning on trying to help in the kitchen , if they needed help at that time .
then i saw where gate people were needed , but not what times , so even though im experienced at gate , i still cant volunteer , because i don't know when they need gate , or what it will conflict with, ( like i couldn't help in the kitchen if im at gate , or vice -versa  )

yes, i have a digital camera the autocrats may borrow for the event .

so , what say you all? when and where are volunteers needed ??

( looks like i may be able to afford site, just got a call for work ; )
