[Northkeep] Calling all vendor types... Ren fair in Shawnee, ok (Skorragardr)

Here is the Vendor info if you are interested in being a merchant at the Ren Fair starting up in Shawnee, ok. This is not an SCA related fair. I do know we have some merchants in our group though and wanted to pass them this information.

            All vendors interested in applying for Faire a la Carte events, please

includes crafters and merchants, food vendors, and service providers,

such as psychics and readers, games, photography, costume rentals, etc.



This is *not* an application - I will be using this to compile a

database of possible vendors.  Applications and booth fee information

will be sent to all interested vendors in advance of each individual

event.  Our first event is slated for the weekend of November 8-9,

2008, in Shawnee, OK;  if you are interested in applying specifically

for that event, please indicate such in the e-mail.



Feel free to pass along this message to anyone who might be interested

in participating in our events.  My goal is to maintain an ongoing

list of interested vendors from all parts of the country, so that I

can contact as many as possible whenever an event is scheduled.

       - Brief description of business/activity

       - Brief description of space/location requirements

         (Preferred and minimum sizes of booth or space, need electric

yes/no, need running water yes/no, tent or open area, clear space

needed behind booth yes/no [primarily game booths], any other special

requirements for setup)

       - Fair(e)s and events in which you are already scheduled for

the next 6 months

         (This can and should include Ren faires, Craft fairs, Country

markets, etc.  Most of our events will be scheduled on weekends, but

there may be a need for vendors at some weekday or holiday events as

well.)
