Well, here we go again . . . we are getting the ship ready for the Tulsa
Med. Faire!!  The 1st annual Tulsa Medieval Faire is August 16-17 from 10-8
Saturday and 10-5 Sunday at Chandler Park.  Vendors have been given access
to the park all day and night both Friday and Saturday.  (Cool!  When do you
ever get a chance to campout in a public park?)  Please request pictures of
the ship if you would like to see it.)

 

Richie Goss, with Silverwolf Productions, is calling all Tech Crew,
Performers, and Photographers interested in working on the Seawolf project
for a Production meeting.  We need to fill the following roles:

 

-        3-4 Photographers 

o       Photographing patrons of the event.  Pictures will be burned on CD
and sold.

-        Pirate Actors

o       Creating pirate presence on the ship during faire hours (Costume
preferred.)

-        Booth workers

o       Sales crew for picture CDs and T-shirts (maybe)

-        Tech Crew

ANYONE INTERESTED IN PARTICIPATING PLEASE ATTEND THE PRODUCTION MEETING AT
1340 N. LEWIS PLACE ON SUNDAY AUGUST 20TH AT 2PM.  IF YOU CANNOT ATTEND THE
MEETING, BUT WANT TO PARTICIPATE,

PS- Anyone willing to help complete construction on the ship is welcome to
come over in the evenings or on the weekends.  If you know how to paint and
use a cordless drill please come out and lend a hand even if it is just an
hour or two.  Set construction is almost complete, and we need to finish up.
