[Northkeep] Outages in Texas caused by Dolly

We just got a time frame in for restoral for AEP customers in the Texas
area. San Benito specifically will not be restored until Thursday the 31st
aprox 22:00 hours. This is an estimated time frame it could be longer. Parts
of Corpus Christi may have power Sunday evening. Just thought I'd let you
know in case you have family in these areas or want to pass it along to
other Ansteorrans in the Texas area.
